PROCESSES WE SPECIALIZE IN
Solid surface fabrication
Solid surface is a solid, nonporous, homogeneous surfacing material composed of acrylic resin and natural minerals. It's known for its durability, near seamless appearance, and ability to be thermoformed into various shapes. This material is very versatile, and with companies such as Dupont, Wilsonart, and Cupron to work with, the options are nearly limitless.
Solid surface thermoforming
Solid surface thermoforming is a manufacturing process where solid surface sheets, a type of non-porous acrylic or composite material, are heated and molded into specific shapes using a mold or former. This technique allows for the creation of curved and complex designs, making it a versatile option for various applications.
Post lamination
Post-lamination using contact adhesive refers to the process of bonding laminate materials to a substrate after both surfaces have been coated with contact adhesive (also known as contact cement). This technique is commonly used in woodworking, furniture making, and construction projects.
Lamination
The process of manufacturing a material in multiple layers, so that the composite material achieves improved strength, stability, sound insulation, appearance, or other properties.
Edgebanding
Edgebanding is a thin material used to seal the exposed and raw edges of manufactured wood products. Heat-sensitive adhesive is applied on one side of the board while the other side acts as a barrier against dirt and moisture. This is a functional and decorative barrier for the edge of a wood based product.
Contour edgebanding
Edgebanding is a thin material used to seal the exposed and raw edges of manufactured wood product. Heat-sensitive adhesive is applied on one side of the board while the other side acts as a barrier against dirt and moisture. Contour edgebanding is the same as standard edgebanding, but applied to different shapes such as circles, teardrops, and ellipses. If the radius is 1.5`` or greater then we can do it!
Custom Fabrication
We welcome custom projects and designs. If it is manufacturable, then we will work with you to make your custom project come to life.
