Custom Components Corporation is a manufacturer of High Pressure Laminate, Low Pressure Laminate (Melamine) and Veneer Panel Fabrications and Assemblies to the Office Furniture, Commercial, Store Fixture and Display Industries.  All Components vary in levels of completion.  We deliver Simple Cut to Size Panels, Laminated Machined Surfaces Edge Banded Complete, as well as Casegood and Fixtures Assemblies requiring Assembled Electrical, Steel, Plastic components to complete a finished good Product.

We are a Certified Corian Fabricator Providing cutting edge machined and Polished Surfaces to the most critical Customers.  We also Provide WilsonArt, Formica, Avonite, Meganite and other major brands of Solid Surface Fabrications.  Commercial and Residential Applications.  Healthcare Furniture Casegoods and Counter tops.  We also machine Starboard and other Phenolic and Epoxy Resin Materials to Customer Specifications.

Our Process:-

We Cut, Glue, Press, CNC, EdgeBand, Trim and Assemble your Products to your specifications, on your schedule.  a la carte or all of the above.

We proudly use Greengard Certified Materials throughout our processes.  Documentation available upon request.

We provide our customers and you with an alternative that is competitive, knowledgeable, accountable and reliable.  Our Quality system is OFIC / Bifma Compliant.  A survey can be provided upon request.  Difficulty ranges from the simple rectangles to highly complex machined, contour edge banded components and fully assembled casegood products.

Examples include:  Passage Doors, Conference tables, Work surfaces for system environments, Drawer fronts, Flipper Doors, POP Counters, and Solid Surface Class A finishes, Credenzas, Desks, Shelving, Phone Stands, Lecterns, Custom Lecture Halls, Lab Tables and Transaction Counters.

We are a Certified Corian Solid Surface fabricator as well providing Surfaces, Nurses Stations, Clinical Care and Clean Room Assemblies to customers exacting requirements.

Laminates offered by Formica, Wilsonart, Pionite, Nevemar, Micarta, Laminart and many more are standard offerings here at CCC.  Edge banding in a infinite array of finishes and materials.  Wood, PVC, ABS, PolyPro and even stainless are available. 

CNC Controls ensure accuracy on every piece of equipment that fabricates in our plant.
